After a 26 year career with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police I transitioned to the Financial Industry. During my time in the RCM Police I spent 4 years in general policing and 22 years as a Pilot in the Air Services branch.

While in the RCM Police I attained the rank of Staff Sergeant and was awarded the Long Service Medal and Bronze Clasp decoration for 25 years service with good conduct. I also was awarded a Commanding Officer’s Commendation for ‘outstanding service’ in relation to a prominent police investigation.

In my business I help clients of all ages achieve their dreams by first understanding who they are, their values and what they want in life.

Together we then plan what strategies are required to help them enjoy the quality of life we all deserve.

I achieved the ‘Elder Planning Counselor’ designation, a new Professional Designation created by The Canadian Initiative for Elder Planning Studies organization. This helps me service the needs of the population that is 55 and older. This designation requires ongoing education, which is paramount to understanding my maturing clients. Through this I am able to service their needs using a total needs approach.

My Mission is to provide honest, trustworthy and resourceful financial education and advice for clients of all ages, in a variety of ways, to help them make smart choices about money in order to achieve their personal and financial goals.

Shelley Hardie

Executive Assistant

Shelley has been in the financial services industry since 2001.

She handles all the administration duties including monitoring client accounts, arranging appointments, evening client presentations, educational and appreciation events.

Prior to her move to Prince George Shelley worked in a team atmosphere with MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates as an Administrative Assistant. This company is well known for contracts with Canadian and Australian Military to develop and install Software in naval ships for Weapons Command and Control centers.

She received many peer awards for her customer service on the various projects. This is evident with her professionalism and care she takes in giving quality service to our clients.
